How the clinic will use your information
The clinic may collect and process your identity and contact details, appointment and queue information, clinic messages, payment references and verification records, approved payment terms, and treatment-related information necessary to provide and administer dental services. Detailed clinical documentation is maintained in Stardent's restricted internal record and is not exposed through the ordinary patient self-service view.

Your privacy rights
You may request access or correction of your data, object to processing where applicable, and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis, subject to lawful retention and other legal obligations. Questions or privacy requests should be directed to the clinic's designated privacy contact.
Patient acknowledgment
This application is an administrative and patient-service channel. It is not an emergency dental service. Appointment, queue and payment information shown in the application remains subject to clinic verification and professional judgment.

About clinical records: The app provides a limited patient-service summary. Formal requests for clinical records, where applicable, are handled directly by Stardent through its authorized records process.

Command Center Access
Stardent authorized workspace
Owner, Admin, Staff and Dentist accounts enter the same Command Center. The signed-in account determines the available functions.
UAT ONLYTemporary Stardent Owner Access
No Owner account creation is required during UAT. Use the temporary Owner credentials supplied by TMT. The real Production Owner account will be created only after Supabase is configured.

Stardent employment authorization required
Staff and Dentist accounts can only be created from an active Owner/Admin authorization. The role and registered contact must match the authorization record.
UAT Owner rule: Owner self-registration is intentionally disabled during UAT. The client uses the temporary UAT Owner access above. The real Production Owner account will be created after Supabase is configured.
Account rule: Stardent permits exactly one Production Owner account and exactly one Admin account. Staff and Dentist accounts may have multiple users, but they are invitation-only: an Owner/Admin must authorize the personnel first and issue a single-use code bound to the correct role and contact details.
Current test build: authorization records and credentials are stored only in this browser for UAT. Supabase production will enforce invitations, roles and account creation server-side.
TMT PLATFORM
TMT INTERNALDeveloper / Platform Super Admin
Separate from Stardent tenant accounts. This access does not consume the clinic's single Owner or Admin slot.
Development-only gate: no Stardent account is created. A successful code entry goes directly to the TMT Developer Console. The local test session then expires automatically after 8 hours. Production must replace this with backend tmt_super_admin authentication.

Privacy safeguard: Stardent will not display diagnosis, treatment notes, clinical findings or other detailed records during matching.
